The whole club, one surface

Everything happening in the club, finally in the same place.

  • Chapters
  • Events
  • Fitness Device Sync
  • Gear Tracking
  • Heat-adjusted pace
  • Membership Application
  • Public club landing pages

One club, one surface. Nobody has to scroll back through eleven weeks of group chat to find out where the next workout is.

Three layers

A private club world built from three powerful layers.

01 · Community

See the people behind the miles.

Find meetups, join routes, talk in the club chat, share training, follow race plans, and know exactly who is showing up.

  • Pulse, the club-scoped social feed and Messages, for coach, club or direct messaging.
  • RSVPs with a real roster
  • Route Sharing with water stops
02 · Technology

Training that changes when you do.

AI coaching, real-time device analysis, pace updates, and a conversation you can actually argue with keep the plan useful.

  • Garmin Connect and COROS sync
  • Heat-adjusted pace targets
  • Coach's read and Safety check
03 · Control

Exactly as open as you want it.

List the club in the public directory or hide it entirely. Admins control access, permissions, chapters and the whole experience.

  • Invite only by default
  • Per-club admin roles
  • Club theme and branding

Club Central

Public enough to be found. Private enough to be yours.

Browse public clubs near you, request to join, or apply to run a chapter in your city. Every club here is looking for runners like you. What happens once you're in is no algorithm's business.

Every club picks its own three colors. The platform bends to the club, never the other way around.

The meetup

One run. Every detail. Zero group-chat archaeology.

Time, location, route, pace targets, RSVPs and club conversation stay attached to the event, on the Community Calendar, until the run is over.

Recovery counts as training. So does showing up, standing around, and leaving forty minutes later than planned.

Your plan is alive

The schedule should adjust. Not your entire life.

ClubsHQ AI Coach builds around the runner, reads what you actually completed, listens when you push back, and updates what comes next.

Legs heavy today?Long run moved to SundayWeekly volume adjustedGoal race still on track

Every synced run shows its full map, laps and stats right inside the plan. No extra apps, no manual entry — connect Garmin or COROS once and you're set.

Every training answer stays serious, specific and correct no matter how it is styled. Six personality sliders change the delivery, never the doctrine.

Coach Update
Legs are cooked from the track workout. Can Saturday's long run wait until Sunday?
Moved Saturday's long run to Sunday and dropped Friday to a recovery run so you get two easy days in front of it. Week 8 volume comes down about 8 percent, which is fine this close to a down week. The Harvest Half on October 17 is still on track.

Pulse

Post it for the club, not the algorithm.

Share updates, photos, training notes and routes in a member space built around trust instead of reach.

Visible to club members

Anything you want to send past the club walls is a deliberate choice, item by item: Club or World, and World still needs an approved follow.

Every shared workout carries its full map, laps and stats, synced straight from your device. No extra apps, no manual entry — just connect it and you're set.

Race mode

026

Race weekend just snapped into place.

See who is registered, declare a goal time, tag it as the club pick, and share it straight into Pulse. Then post the meetup for the carpool, the cheer corner and the place everyone ends up afterwards, all hanging off the same race.

Four things the Race Board tracks, all of them visible to the club:

InterestedRegisteredGoal: 1:55:00Official club pick

Peer pressure, formalized. The Race Board pulls upcoming races near the club, shows who is already in, and lets anyone declare a goal finish time in public where it can be held against them.

Partner Venues

Local support, unlocked for members.

Coffee shops, running stores, breweries and recovery studios connect to your club and offer perks only your members can redeem. Show the code at the counter and it is done.

Venues run their own portal, request the connection, and wait for a club admin to say yes. Rolling out club by club as the first venues come online.

The control room

All the personality. None of the admin chaos.

Control membership, permissions, meetups, routes, venue partnerships and visibility without flattening the club into a generic template.

Admin rights are per club, not global. Being an admin of one club never grants you anything in another one. Training plans stay private to the runner who owns them, always.

My Garmin sync stopped working after the update. Also, any chance you'd add a dark mode toggle for the training calendar?
Reconnect Garmin from Profile → Devices — that clears the stale token every time. For dark mode: checked, nobody's asked yet. Filed it as a new feature request.
