You can delete your Clubs HQ account at any time, from the app or from this page.
This removes your name, email, photo, date of birth and avatar, and closes your login. It can't be undone.
Two things survive, and we'd rather say so: the record that you accepted our agreements, and any participant waiver you signed. Those are legal evidence and we're required to keep them — they no longer carry your contact details.
Signed in on the web: open Profile, then the Privacy tab, and use Delete your account. On the phone app it is at the bottom of the Me screen, below Sign out.
Can't sign in? Email info@clubshq.us from the address on the account, with "Delete my account" in the subject line, and we'll do it for you.
